I have really enjoyed Muzzle. I have tried other brands but they are either too sticky and painful to remove, or the hole is too big and it just doesn’t work. Muzzle has been perfect. It’s comfortable, keeps me from snoring all night long, and most importantly, helps me get the sleep I need.

I was surprised by how well this mouth tape works! It stays on all night but still comes off easily in the morning without any irritation. After just a few nights, I noticed a huge difference: no more dry mouth, less snoring, and I wake up feeling much more rested. Comfortable and effective
By far the best option I’ve seen for mile tapping. The only thing I wish was the corners of the opening were a little bit wider. It sticks very well to my face and my beard. I like that stretchy so you can open your mouth and cough if you need to. Yet it still holds your lips together tightly.

Good product. I have some facial hair so it didnt hold as tight as I would like, amd the hole cut in the middle sometimes lets too much air through which drys out my throat on those days.
I bought this for my husband who has become a horrible mouth breather. He tried 5 different brands so far, but the Muzzle tape is the only one that worked for most of his problems. He has a little bit of facial hair and the strong hold Muzzle tape is the only one that stays in place and actually holds. But when he wants it off, it doesn't pull off his skin or leave redness. The hole is just the right size to stick a pill into his mouth, or drink through a straw. (The tapes with larger holes just don't keep his mouth closed.) The tape itself is easier to manipulate, not as flimsy as some others, so it doesn't immediately curl up on itself when you are peeling off the non-stick paper. The only problem so far is that he often peels it off in his sleep, and I guess there is nothing you can do about that. We will be ordering more.
My sleeping schedule has returned to normal finally. No more dry/sore throats. I wake up without and complaints. Can't believe this little item has solved so many issues.

I buy this for my daughter. It works great and it doesn't bother her sensitive skin! I was buying cheaper tape but it was breaking out her face. I'd rather pay a little more for it to work better!

This is the best mouth tape I’ve found! I love that I can drink water, take a breath through my mouth as needed, and the adhesive sticks even though I wear face oils at night. The best!
The medium hold was good for me, but did not work for my husband. He has a mustache and beard, so we ordered the strong hold. It is better, but wish it had a stronger hold.
It works pretty good. My friend says I still snore a little bit with it on when I lay on my back.
Let me start by saying I could have chosen dozens of different mouth tapes. I read loads of reviews And decided to try Muzzle! I'm glad that I did ! I've had a great experience with this Mouth tape. Leaves no residue and I really love the small opening that allows me to breath just a little ! I will definitely be placing another order !
These have been the best ones that work for me (37F) and my 8rd old. my next order isthe same size and style but for sensitive skin hoping it works the same.
No irritation on my sensitive and rosacea-prone skin.Did not notice any odor, which is great. last to apply and remove. Have tried many mouth tapes and this one is one of the best.
Still getting used to it. Too early to tell how well it works for sleep.
So far I’m having a good experience, but I’m not sure it’s helping yet. I have a collapsed sinus so breathing through my nose is very difficult so I was hesitant to try mouth taping. The fact these have a small mouth opening made me feel more at ease in trying this because I could still breathe through my mouth if necessary. I don’t have sleep apnea. I’m not sure how well these are helping with sleep quality yet (I’m chronically ill and have sleep issues that make me unable to sleep since the day I was born) but I do see on my tracker I’m getting more than 3 minutes of REM sleep!
The sensitive skin ones don’t trigger my MCAS or rosacea which makes me happy. I’ve had heart monitor adhesives chemically burn scars into my chest so that’s a relief for me. I think I need to try the strong hold because my skin is a bit oily. Hoping that doesn't bother my skin. I’d love to see a sensitive strong hold version!
