✅ The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to one (1) 30-day mouth tape pouch total per customer’s first order, regardless of how many pouches, sizes, variants, or SKUs are purchased. Any additional pouches, including unopened pouches, are not eligible for a refund. All non-mouth tape products are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges in place of refunds: If you elect to exchange your eligible 30-day pouch for another item, the money-back guarantee is considered fulfilled and no longer applies to that order, regardless of whether the original product is returned.

✅ To keep your refund request eligible, you must respond to any follow-up questions or requests for information within seven (7) calendar days. Once return instructions are provided, the eligible pouch and/or original product packaging must be shipped back to Muzzle within seven (7) calendar days, and valid return tracking must be provided. Refund requests that are not completed within these timeframes will be considered closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund, even if the original request was submitted within the 30-day guarantee period.
A Few Simple Rules:
- The money-back guarantee applies only to first-time orders of mouth tape placed on MuzzleSleep.com within 30 days of when the order was placed. If your first order includes multiple mouth tape pouches, whether the same SKU or different SKUs, only one (1) 30-day pouch total is eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee. The maximum refund is limited to the prorated per-pouch price paid for one eligible mouth tape pouch only. This is calculated by taking the total amount paid for all mouth tape pouches, after discounts, divided by the number of mouth tape pouches purchased. Any shipping costs incurred by us, including orders that qualified for free shipping, are deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are also subject to the 3.5% processing fee described below.
- If you elect to exchange your initial 30-day pouch for another item, the money-back guarantee is considered fulfilled and no longer applies to that order, regardless of whether the original product is returned.
- Refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which reflects non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
- For subscription purchases of mouth tape, the money-back guarantee applies only to the initial subscription order. Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes both paid shipping charges and free or promotional shipping. If free shipping was applied to your order, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Muzzle will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Protection charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product and/or original product packaging (the pouch) must be returned, whether used or unused. Customers must respond to any refund-related follow-up communication within seven (7) calendar days. After Muzzle provides return instructions, the eligible pouch and/or packaging must be shipped within seven (7) calendar days, and valid tracking information must be provided. Failure to respond or complete the return within these timeframes will automatically close the refund request, and the order will no longer qualify for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
