At Muzzle Sleep, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled once they have been placed. This policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for one-time purchases and recurring purchase options.
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. While you may request a cancellation, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once an order has been submitted.
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for further options.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@muzzlesleep.com and include your order number.
If you choose a recurring purchase option:
You can manage or cancel your purchase option by logging into your Muzzle account or using the “Manage Subscription” link in your order emails.
If a payment method fails during a renewal attempt, the system may retry the charge. If the payment cannot be completed, the renewal order may be paused or cancelled automatically.
